  1. The pasta is boiled in abundant salted water; it is removed three minutes before the pasta's cooking time is completed
  2. It is drained and placed in a high-sided baking dish, and tomato puree, diced provolone, two tablespoons of Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano are added and mixed together
  3. 'Nduja and the remaining Parmigiano or Grana are added. It is baked at 180Ā°C for 40-50 minutes, until a golden crust forms
  4. After cooking, it is left in the turned-off oven for a few more minutes, then plated and garnished with basil leaves
