For a full refund, we require evidence of damaged or incorrect products following an investigation by our customer service team. To initiate the refund process, kindly send a picture of the damaged or incorrect item to email@example.com.
Please note that we only offer refunds for damaged or incorrect products if reported within 30 days of purchase. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original form of payment.
You may return your order within 5 business days from the date of receipt. You have the option to use a carrier of your choice or request a return label from us. If you opt for the latter, the shipping cost for the return will be deducted from your refund.
To ensure the safe return of your items, please bubble wrap each product and affix a fragile sticker to the box. Regrettably, we cannot provide a refund if the returned product arrives damaged. After receiving the returned items, we will inspect them and process the refund within 2 weeks.
