The Epic pecorino cheese is made with milk selected every day from the grazing farms of Monte Poro. It is a cheese with a typical basket crust and a uniform yellow straw-colored paste, with a slightly spicy flavor. We recommend pairing it with onion mousse or chili jam and enjoying it with a full-bodied red wine from Calabria.
